Description

Change to workflow to get closer to a continuous testing approach

Context

This uses an updated nurse journey that uses a cohort file as a source. This will go in combination with the import file and consent journey that also use cohort files. The generation of cohort files is 'to be determined', for the time being it uses a file that is being committed along with the jmx scripts.

Hardcoded directory fix
Update nurse-journey to use an import file, and update consent-journey to be more consistent with nurse-journey
Updated workflow to run the new data fed nurse journey. Next job (so I don't forget);

If condition on data prep so nurse journey can be run in isolation (currently I've commented out consent journey to allow nurse journey to be tested once)
